Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre: Mastergrip Footpath
The team at Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre contacted our commercial flooring specialists to lay a footpath outside the leisure centre, as they required a strong, non-slip surface.
The leisure centre originally had tarmac applied in the footpath area. We applied Mastergrip for the footpath to give it maximum durability and the ability to hold up against the heavy traffic that it would face. Mastergrip also helped to achieve a non-slip surface, which was vital for a footpath that would be used every day. The Mastergrip resin with stone was added to both disabled access ramps.
The team at Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre were really happy with the finished result. We applied two primer coatings to the final application of the path, which was 60m2 in total.
