One of the most important properties of the businesses new flooring was that is offered exceptional grip to help increase the safety of their staff, particularly as they work in an area handling oil and chemicals.
In response to this tough brief, the Floortrak team began by applying an oil tolerant primer to the concrete substrate to act as a protective layer in case of any chemical spills. We then installed two coats of high build epoxy resin flooring in light grey for the main workshop area, contrasted with Chelsea blue to create defined walkways.
