How would a floor seal improve the longevity of my industrial flooring?
As floor seals add a protective layer to industrial flooring, it means it will strengthen and make maintaining the floor easier. Our floor sealers are translucent with no colour, to ensure that when applied to your epoxy or heavy duty resin flooring it can be as subtle as you desire. Floortrak offers two types of floor sealers one is standard epoxy which provides a high-shine ‘wet look’, and water based epoxy which we apply to newer green epoxy flooring as it gives a more subtle polished look.
Both floor seals are designed especially for industrial premises and environments such as the retail sector, showroom areas, warehouses and production areas. An issue for some industrial flooring is without being properly sealed, oxidation from the sun can chip or flake away from the top surface of the floor.
